How it works
First conversation
Half an hour, free of charge, at your premises or over a video call. We look at what you already have and what’s missing.
Quote
Fixed price for the build, in writing, with the scope spelled out. You know the cost before, not after.
Build
You see work in progress and say what should change. Usually two to four weeks, depending on size.
Afterwards
Hosting, updates and small changes as a flat monthly fee if you want them. Or take it over yourself: the code is yours.

Hosting on our server, updates, backups and small changes at a flat monthly rate. Only if you want it, cancel any time, no minimum term.
The starting prices cover a normal small-business site. The fixed price for your scope comes in writing after the first conversation, and it holds. We don’t pluck a figure out of the air, and we don’t add anything on afterwards.
Exempt from VAT under the Austrian small-business rule (Kleinunternehmerregelung), § 6 (1) 27 UStG. Our invoices carry no VAT.

What you probably want to know.
What does a website cost?
The build starts at € 2,400 and ongoing support at € 39 a month. What your site actually costs depends on scope. You get a written fixed price after the first conversation, and that price holds.
How long does it take?
Usually two to four weeks from the point where the copy and photos are ready. In practice that is what the timeline hangs on, not the technical side.
I already have a website. Will you take it over?
We look at it in the first conversation and tell you honestly which way is better. If a site-builder or plugin setup has grown over the years, a clean rebuild is usually cheaper than carrying on patching it. If taking it over is the better idea, we say so.
Who writes the copy?
We work out the structure and the copy together with you. You supply the expertise, because nobody knows your field better than you; we put it into a shape your customers will read and Google understands.
Do I own the site afterwards?
Yes. The code is yours and the domain is registered in your name. If you later want to run it yourself or move it elsewhere, you get everything you need to do that.
Do I have to sign up for the monthly support?
No. It is optional, has no minimum term and you can cancel any time. Without it you get the finished site handed over and host it yourself.
Do I need a cookie banner?
Not if the site is built the way this one is: no trackers, no external fonts, no third-party scripts. A banner only comes into play once you want analytics, maps or embedded video. We tell you what that means before you decide.
Do you work outside Vienna?
In person we cover Vienna and the surrounding area. Everything else works just as well over video calls and email. The way we work together barely changes.

IT-Bunnies is a general partnership — an Offene Gesellschaft — with two partners. That’s all we are, and that’s the point: you talk to the people who do the building.
