Contact forms

Enquiries land reliably in your inbox, not on a service overseas. We send the mail through your own mail server, exactly the way the form on this page does.

Why the form is often the problem

Most contact forms hang off an external service. That means your customer’s message travels through somebody else’s server, often outside the EU, and you have to disclose it in your privacy policy and answer for it if something goes wrong. On top of that comes a script that slows every page down, and a puzzle image that older visitors fail.

The second, quieter failure: the mail isn’t sent cleanly on the technical side and lands in spam. You never notice, because an enquiry that never arrives never complains.

How we do it

The form sends straight through your own mail server, properly authenticated, so the message reaches the inbox rather than the spam folder. No external service is involved, there is nothing extra to load and nothing extra to declare.

Against bots we use invisible checks instead of puzzle images: a hidden field only a bot fills in, and a timing check that filters out automated instant submissions. For your visitors, nothing changes.

Try it

The form at the bottom of this page isn’t a demo. It is exactly what you get: it runs through our own mail server, loads no third-party script at all, and needs no cookie banner.
