In short
This site sets no cookies, embeds no external fonts, maps or videos, and uses no analytics or tracking services. That is why there is no cookie banner. We process personal data only when you write to us through the contact form or by email, and for the technically necessary operation of the server.
Server log files
The site runs on a server we operate ourselves. Each request automatically records:
- IP address
- Date and time of the request
- Name and URL of the file requested
- Volume of data transferred and status code
- Browser type and operating system
- Referring page, where transmitted
The purpose is secure, stable operation and defence against attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log files are deleted after 14 days and are not combined with other data.
Contact form and email
If you use the form on this site, we process:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your company, if you provide it
- Your message
- The time of submission
The message is delivered to our inbox through our own mail server; no external form service is involved. The purpose is to handle your enquiry. The legal bases are your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and pre-contractual steps under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. An informal email is enough.
We delete your enquiry once it has been dealt with and retention is no longer necessary. Statutory retention obligations under commercial and tax law remain unaffected.
Disclosure to third parties
We do not pass your data to third parties and we do not sell it. No transfer to countries outside the EU takes place.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- Object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
An email to contact@it-bunnies.at is enough. If you believe we are handling your data incorrectly, you may complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority: Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, dsb@dsb.gv.at.
Changes
If the site changes technically or legally, we update this policy. The version published here applies. The imprint holds the full company details.
